Agreement between ISIS and the Syrian regime in Deir Ezzor

It appeared that the Syrian regime and the Islamic State had engaged in talks and plans against the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
As a result, the regime will pave the way for ISIS jihadists to cross the SDF areas in Deir Ezzor territory.
According to reliable sources on the ground, an agreement has been reached between ISIS and the Syrian regime that the regime will pave the way for Daesh jihadists to leave downtown Deir Ezzor to cross the areas liberated by the SDF.
For this reason, the regime's agencies and media broadcast reports that Deir Ezzor was released by Syrian forces.
In a statement dated 20 October, the SDF announced that the Syrian regime had sent an ISIS convoy to their area via the Salihiyah road on 18 October. The statement said the SDF has noticed and neutralized the convoy of jihadists.
