The Antiquities Act is one of America’s most effective conservation laws—it has led to the creation of some of the greatest and most popular national parks, including scenic wonders like the Grand Canyon, Olympic, Acadia, Bryce and Death Valley.
But tomorrow, the House Committee on Natural Resources will vote on H.R. 3990, a bill introduced by Congressman Rob Bishop that will cripple the Antiquities Act forever. We cannot let this happen!
